This document is on parchment, authorized/written by Lord Baltimore's 'Keeper of the Seal', Henry Darnall, as representative of Charles Calvert, 3rd Lord Baltimore, granting 150 acres of land, known as 'Herrifordshire' to Robert Taylor, for which Taylor is required to pay a nominal annual rent to Lord Baltimore and his heirs.  The document was sealed using Lord Baltimore's seal, which later became the seal of the state of Maryland as well.

Regarding Robert Taylor - I found this reference online:
"Page 9, At the request of Saml Hanson of CC, Gent, the following deed was recorded Apr 17, 1722. Apr 14, 1722 from Robt Taylor of CC, planter, to Samuel Hanson of CC, Gent, for 13,438 lbs. of tobacco, as tract of land in CC caled Herefordshire, bounded by the east side of the road that goes from Major Dent's Quarter on Mattawoman (Cr) to the head of Portobacco (Cr) and in the line of Pangiah (?) Manor, containing and laid out for about 150 acres.Taylor reserves for himself 10 square feet of the premises (being the burying place where the late wife of the sd Robt lies interred).Signed Robt,(his mark) Taylor. Wit - Robt. Hanson, Gustavus Brown."

And 'Herrifordshire' - this interesting reference comes from 'Charles County Gentry' by Harry Wright Newman:

Panguya Manor was apparently Lord Baltimore's personal estate in Charles County, near Port Tobacco.
